Rabbit Rabbit.

Greetings Sports Lovers!

The Super Bowl is approaching and I must say, for the first time in a few years I am truly ecstatic for this game. I think the Ravens/49ers match-up is a superb one! Plus, with it being Ray Lewis'  last season it's a big deal. I am definitely rooting for the Ravens!
I actually got this really cool vintage shirt for the ladies who like either team in Super Bowl XLVII.
Note: It's a men's shirt, but I used my handy scissors to turn it into an extra girly look.
Below find the link for the t-shirt as well as a YouTube video tutorial on how to cut a large men's shirt into a small girly one :)

I am making my awesome Bruschetta for Super Bowl Sunday.
If you wan't a delicious snack to bring to a party, or just to have for yourself, it's super easy to make. Plus, it's not filled with grease or fats! I don't use measuring cups, so please excuse me if this sounds at all confusing, I promise it's not.

Ingredients: (makes about 2-3 cups)

4 Tomatoes

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

1 Clove of minced Garlic (1/2 teaspoon of pre-minced garlic= 1 clove)

Loaf of Italian Bread

Cut tomatoes into 'diced' sizes:
Since it's a pain to cut 4 tomatoes into small sizes, I recently discovered and purchased a tomato cutter from bed bath and beyond. Works wonders!

Put tomatoes in bowl and pour about a 1/2 cup of olive oil in:
I always kind of eyeball this part, like I said I don't use measuring cups! You want enough to where it's not soupy, but has liquid at the bottom of the bowl.

Add the minced Garlic

Then I sprinkle in the Salt, Pepper, Basil, Oregano. Once again, I eyeball this part.

Stir all contents:
I like to taste the 'juice' with a spoon to see if it needs more spice and WA-LA! Put in the fridge for 30-45 minutes before serving.

All you have to do for the bread is cut into small servings and pop them in the oven for about 5 minutes at 300. Obviously if you prefer more crunch, leave them in longer.

Tonight the Heat will play the Pacers. For those of you who are big Heat fans know that the Pacers/Heat games are always very lively. Not to mention, last season they gave us all a heart attack during the playoffs.
Anyway, the Heat will be playing in their retro jerseys tonight. I really like them. I was never too fond of their other retro jerseys last season, with the pink and orange on them!
Below is a link to see the jersey's they'll be rockin' tonight!

Hope you all have a safe and awesome Super Bowl weekend! May the best team win!
